Volunteer

For those wanting to be a part of MHC’s work, there are various volunteering possibilities.
  • You can help out at the center in cataloguing, archiving, etc.
  • If you like to work with photography or recording then you can volunteer in our Mussoorie memory Bank and Architectural archiving.
  • Assist us with graphic design.
  • If you’re looking for volunteering possibilities around Mussoorie, then MHC can also help you to donate your skills in local villages or with local organizations

Internships

 Keep checking our website and social media pages for Internships available at MHC or in other organizations in and around Mussoorie.
 

Newsletter

We’re also looking for people to write Mussoorie related articles for our Newsletter. If you have a memory from the past, a history-related event coming up, an anniversary to commemorate or anything else that can be successfully conveyed via the written word, write up an appropriately sized article from 100-700 words, and send it to us at mussoorieheritagecentre@gmail.com along with photos if they are available to you. We look forward to reading your contributions.
 

Contributing material- Objects/Pictures

If you, or anyone you know, has objects relating to Mussoorie’s history, such as trophies, artworks, documents, artifacts, memorabilia, photos or anything else which may be of interest, please reach out to us via the contact form. We are always looking to expand our collection, and donating objects is one wonderful way to give back.
 

Membership

We wish to consolidate a MHC history group, and with this in mind we are beginning a membership. Each member facilitates by notifications of the activities, acquisitions etc to the Heritage Centre. A monthly group meeting with no payment,
